Step #1 - Authenticate Account & Claim Profile

After authenticating your profile, you will need to accurately complete your profile information and search for your company and branch (please keep in mind your company and branch may be the same depending on the size of your organization).

Step #2 - Link to Your Teams

After completing your profile, we recommend connecting your profile to other members of your team. This ensures that your team is invited to every transaction you join

Joining A Transaction

Discover the simple process to access an agent-initiated Title | Pipe™ transaction. 

Step #1 - Open Email Invite

When an agent initiates a Title | Pipe™ transaction, you will receive an email invitation requesting action to access the transaction. 

Step #2 - Connect To Your Profile 

By clicking the 'my transactions tab,' you will have access to the pipeline overview of your current Title | Pipe™ transactions.

Step #3 - Invite Your Team

Select the transaction to search and invite transaction participants in the role they will play. Ensuring Title | Pipe™ securely disperses the right information, to the right people, at the right time, and in the right way.

The  My Transactions in Title | Pipe™ provides a summary view of all the transactions that you are associated with.  Also known as "The Pipeline".  The My Transactions section can be adjusted to meet your viewing preferences.  More specifically, there are two ways to make adjustments.

Real Estate Brokerages are often comprised of teams or groups that operate within an existing real estate brokerage but have branding, members and processes that are specific to their team.   Title | Pipe enables teams to be formed as their own branch.  This allows the team to exist under the Company in Title | Pipe, but as their own Branch - and can then set up their team specific branding, members and funding details.

The Title Number or File Number is the transaction ID that your Escrow Officer/Settlement Agent assigns to your transaction.  This number is used by Settlement Companies and their staff to identify the file for your transaction.

What is the Difference Between a Branch Manager and a Title Manager for Settlement Industry? - Click Here

The  Branch Manager role is for the user that has oversight over a specific branch within any type of Company - Settlement Companies, Brokerages, Transaction Coordinator Companies all have a branch manager role. The Branch manager is a universal role that has a specific set of privileges for the branch.  However the Title Manager role is specific to the Settlement industry.
